Asbury Seminary Chapel Message: "If love is the Answer, What is the Question?"

I got a wonderful chance to spend a few days at Asbury Seminary this week, catching up with old friends like Ben Witherington, Joe Dongell, David Bauer, John Oswalt, and Fred Long (Ruth Anne Reese and Craig Keener were both under the weather), and making some new friends as well like meeting Bill Arnold, Joy Vaughn, and Maria Kenney in person. I was invited to give three public lectures, but only the chapel talk is officially posted publicly. You can watch the recording below.

The material I lectured on at Asbury is related to my 2025 Eerdmans book entitled The Affections of Christ Jesus: Love at the Heart of Paul’s Theology.
